5+ years building business applications in C# /. NET (7+), SQL Server/PostgreSQL, 2+ years direct people management in Agile environments, Proven delivery of SaaS products at scale, Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OO & domain-driven design, Hands-on with Git, pull-request workflows, trunk-based development, Excellent written & verbal able to draft design docs and exec update, Ability to understand and work with existing code

What You'll Do.
Lead a cross-functional squad responsible for the Project & Construction module
Own delivery of roadmap features end-to-end (from discovery to customer adoption)
Improve flow efficiency
Ensure world-class product quality and reliability
Build and manage software product team
Perform product development based on the Acumatica cloud platform
Define and track KPIs for the team
Drive modern SDLC (Scrum/Kanban + DevSecOps)
Champion test automation
Enforce design & code reviews
and architectural decision records
Provide technical consulting and issues investigation
Execute the development lifecycle from requirements analysis
feasibility estimates
Follow company standards and engineering processes
Track escaped-defect rate
Analyze and take action on regressions rate and customer satisfaction
Manage concurrent projects and engineering staff to ensure project timing is maintained
Facilitate blameless post-mortems
Objectively evaluate team performance and develop resources
