What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Understanding of AMO (Part 145) and/or CAMO (Part 42) environments, Knowledge of aircraft maintenance processes, planning, and airworthiness requirements, Exposure to TRAX or a similar Maintenance Information System (MIS), analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly across data and process integrity, Experience working with engineering and operational stakeholders in a safety-critical environment, Ability to manage multiple priorities and build cross-functional relationships, communication skills and the ability to translate technical/system concepts into operational impact, A continuous improvement mindset focused on enhancing efficiency, compliance, and performance

Ensure accuracy and integrity of data
Coordinate system upgrades
Work with stakeholders to improve processes
Develop insights and reporting
Identify opportunities to enhance TRAX
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with CAMO and AMO teams; Act as key interface between engineering teams, IT, and vendors; Work with engineering stakeholders
Communication Scope
Ability to translate technical/system concepts into operational impact
Process & Methodology
Coordinate system changes, upgrades, and improvements
