What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline), Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering management, facilities management, or related field within commercial real estate, Proven track record of developing and implementing engineering standards and procedures across multiple sites or portfolios, knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and building automation systems, Deep understanding of relevant codes, regulations, and compliance requirements (OSHA, ASHRAE, NFPA, local building codes), Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to assess complex engineering challenges, communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Nice to Have
Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent professional certification, Master's degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, or related field, Experience with sustainability certifications and standards (LEED, WELL, ENERGY STAR), Background in managing engineering teams or technical training programs, Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and building management systems (BMS), Experience working in a global or matrixed organization with diverse stakeholder groups
What You'll Do.

Support sustainability initiatives by integrating energy-efficient and environmentally responsible practices into engineering standards
