What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Associate’s degree in an applicable area of engineering technology from an appropriately accredited institution and six (6) years of progressive technician or High School or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and eight (8) years of progressive technician or an equivalent combination of education and experience, Valid driver’s license

Ability to maintain effective working relations with other employees and the general public, Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, Ability to plan and coordinate the work of others, Ability to establish positive lines of communication between technicians, engineers, and contractors and apply safety philosophy and programs to all operations, Ability to resolve routine problems and effectively communicate more complex problems to supervisor to assist in resolution, Working knowledge of HiCAMS, Working knowledge of SharePoint, Working knowledge of Microsoft programs, Valid driver’s license, Experience planning, developing, scheduling, tracking, and completing projects independently or with limited supervision, Experience working in a team environment to complete assignments, Experience applying engineering concepts to solve complex problems, Working knowledge and skill in the use of computer equipment, software and mathematical functions, Experience in taking notes, collecting field data, and preparing routine reports
