Reporting to the Engineering Project Management Team Manager, This PM Opening role involves responsibilities to lead project team members from to complete each project to meet customer's requirement in PSU/CESS project. **What a typical day looks like****:** * Manage all project design activities, including feasibility studies, from project start until stable production (SP), within the project baselines. * Define the scope, budget and schedule baselines for the Design activities, based on approved PRD (product requirements document) and SOW (statement of work). * Communicate customer requirements, scope, schedule, and budget constraints to cross-functional design teams. * Work with the key internal stakeholders to coordinate activities, team and resolve issues in order to hold up the project scope, budget and schedule. * Track & manage project design expenses against project budget. * Communicate project design status, including financial status, to the customer, and the project management team on a regular basis, and resolve issues as needed. Manage change control for design changes, communicating the impact to customer and management team, developing new project baselines for approved changes, and communicating new baselines to design team. * Hold up key stakeholders in technical discussions with the customer. * Guide the project in accordance w
