Must Have

Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience, minimum of 5 years of experience in materials, sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing and/or program administration or related experience, Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors, Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference to practical situations, Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions, Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables, Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills, Demonstrates advanced skills in functional/technical area

What You'll Do.

Manage all project design activities

including feasibility studies

from project start until stable production (SP)

Communicate customer requirements, scope, schedule, and budget constraints to cross-functional design teams; Work with the key internal stakeholders to coordinate activities, team and resolve issues in order to hold up the project scope, budget and schedule; Communicate project design status, including financial status, to the customer, and the project management team on a regular basis, and resolve issues as needed; Hold up key stakeholders in technical discussions with the customer; Participation in management gate reviews to represent design status & risk assessment for the project
