Must Have
Bachelor's degree in STEM, 8 years of related experience, Master's degree and 6 years experience, Active U. S. Government DoD Secret security clearance, 1+ years of formal project leadership, 1+ years of design integration experience, 3+ years of CAD modeling software experience, Ability to travel 25% of the time
Nice to Have
ICBM Experience, Siemens NX and PLM experience, Control Account Manager training, Experience managing programs in Earned Value, Familiarity with ASME Y14.x standards, Experience creating Product Definition Package, Ability to work with multiple functional organizations
What You'll Do.
Lead Node Integration PDP activities
Provide technical management of supplier SOWs
Oversee product and subsystem development
Ensure team members have required training
Manage workloads and assignments for Design Team
Collaborate with other engineering managers
Identify gaps within design or requirements
Provide cost effective resolutions
Drive on-time delivery of work products
Utilize earned value management
Ensure schedules and program plans are credible
Support digital transformation initiatives
