What You'll Achieve.
support the overall goals and objectives of the company; ensure the project deliverables are implemented on time; meet MCG business goals; Teamwork & Communication: Receive positive feedback from team leaders or operators on responsiveness and attitude.; Safety Compliance: Zero safety violations or full adherence to PPE and safety protocol.

Wear the proper PPE when visiting warehouses or transportation facilities, Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and operating a computer, Ability to lift to 15 pounds at times, Must be able to travel between MCG locations as needed, Some travel could require overnight stays
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or GED required, Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent organizational, time management skills, Ability to effectively prioritize with excellent attention to detail, Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, Proficient with PC's and MS Office software (Word, Excel, Power Point), Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Nice to Have
Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, experience with CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks), Familiarity with Continuous Improvement and lean principles
What You'll Do.
coordinating the change management processes for the engineering design team
developing and implementing continuous improvement activities
ensure the project team follows the engineering design and change processes
ensure the project deliverables are implemented on time
creating and/or maintaining various engineering processes and systems
working closely with various departments to coordinate the continuous improvement of related processes and procedures
How You'll Work.

Serve as a coordinator to ensure clear and transparent communication between all departments; Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions; Team Player: Work well with others, have a cab do attitude. Be someone your team can rely on.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills; Communicate issues to relevant stakeholders and lead or coordinate resolution efforts; Be Transparent: Value transparency in all interactions, ensuring honesty and openness with each stakeholder.
