We are looking for an experienced Engineering MDM Manager to lead the SAP Engineering Master Data Management pillar. This role ensures accuracy of engineering master data across global manufacturing sites (UK, Germany, France, Malaysia, US) and drives key deliverables within the Transformation Programme. You will manage a team of 8–10 professionals, overseeing Material Master Data, Bill of Materials, Routings, and Equipment Master Data. The position requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and stakeholder engagement to standardise processes, improve data quality, and support automation and system upgrades. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on a critical business area, shaping the future of engineering data management in a global organisation.
