Must Have
6+ years of experience in software development, 2+ years of experience in people leadership, 2+ years of experience in project or delivery management, Very good command of English (B2+), Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field, technical background in at least one major backend stack, Experience with system design, Experience with modern engineering practices, Proven ability to lead change, Proven ability to build teams, Product mindset, End-to-end ownership, Proficiency in leveraging AI tools, Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs
Nice to Have
Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP), Scrum Master or Product Owner certification, Experience with DevOps practices, Experience with CI/CD, Exposure to security, Exposure to compliance, Exposure to enterprise environments
