What You'll Do.
Lead and grow the Verifications engineering team
setting technical direction
driving performance and career development conversations
building a hiring pipeline
Own the reliability and quality of a broad portfolio of fulfillment integrations
Partner with Product to define and execute the roadmap across employment
and compliance products
Drive technical strategy for scaling a complex
integration-heavy system
Lead the team's adoption of AI-assisted development practices
Represent Verifications in cross-functional planning
