What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience, 2+ years of experience of leading and managing people, 7+ years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, Proven track record of launching and shipping high-impact bonus points for internal, developer facing products, proficiency in maintaining high standards for production services
Nice to Have
