Our award-winning seating solutions are developed from consumer research, finding the ease of operation to be comfortable, convenient and connected. **Job Responsibilities:** Key Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end product development of Seat structures (design, build, validation) in line with SOPs and Product Delivery Process (PDP). * Translate customer requirements into optimized design solutions considering cost, quality, safety, reliability, manufacturability, and regulatory compliance. * Apply engineering and analytical tools (QFD, FMEA, DOE, VA/VE, DFM/DFA, Pugh analysis) for product development and decision-making. * Plan, track, and execute design activities aligned with project timelines and engineering open issues. * Develop, review, and manage engineering deliverables (DVP&R, GD&T, BOM, specifications, engineering changes, work orders). * Ensure timely closure of engineering issues and completion of phase-gate deliverables with cross-functional teams (CFT). * Review
