[What you will be working on] GovTech is seeking an engineering manager to oversee and drive the successful implementation, management, and architectural integrity of our Enterprise Applications platform particularly on Salesforce platform. The role possesses a strong background in Salesforce architecture, administration, and project management, with a proven ability to align Salesforce initiatives with business objectives, optimize performance, and ensure scalable solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Defining your team’s engineering vision, strategy, and directions that align with the organization’s overall vision and goals. Partnering with stakeholders and agencies to prioritize and manage roadmaps for delivering towards product vision incrementally and efficiently. Creating a long-term technical plan and roadmap for the assigned team, and for other teams as needed. Update the roadmap regularly to meet future product/business needs and infrastructure requirements.
