Experience creating an environment where engineers feel supported and inspired, understanding of technology platforms from frontend experience delivery to managing complex data sets, Collaborative approach to problem-solving, Proven ability to lead technical transformation, knowledge of cloud platforms (primarily AWS), modern architecture patterns, experience influencing architectural decisions, Hands-on experience leading engineering development teams, Background in cloud-native DevSecOps practices, IaC, automated deployment pipelines, championing quality and security standards, Ability to communicate trade-offs, risks, and timelines clearly and empathetically, Experience implementing robust engineering quality practices, automated testing, observability, coaching teams on best practices, Knowledge of security governance and compliance requirements for data-intensive applications
