Must Have
10+ years of experience developing highly scalable production systems, 5+ years of experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, including in remote environments, 1+ years of experience driving AI Coding strategies, BS or MS in computer science or a related technical field, Hands-on manager willing to contribute individually alongside the team, experience working in Agile environments
Nice to Have
