The Position: The Revenue Growth team is focused on accelerating GameChanger's revenue by improving conversion, retention, and subscriber lifetime value. The team works at the intersection of product, data, and experimentation, running tests, studying user behavior, and finding ways to move those metrics meaningfully. Their work is data-driven, fast-moving, and directly tied to the company's bottom line. As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead a team of engineers that runs experiments across all product surface areas using data and user insight to identify opportunities and validate what works. You'll coach your team, help shape the team's experimentation roadmap, and partner closely with cross functional teammates to connect hypotheses to real business outcomes. You'll report to the Director of Engineering of our Monetization group. What You’ll Do: - Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s, clear expectations, and opportunities that stretch their skills and build toward their goals. - Shape the experimentation roadmap by partnering with cross-functional peers as a strategic thought partner. Help your team navigate trade-offs and drive predictable delivery
