The Mission: Patient Experience at Fullscript The Patient Experience team is focused on building thoughtful, high-quality experiences that support patients throughout their healthcare journey. This team owns key surfaces across mobile, helping patients browse, purchase, manage, and engage with products and their plans . The work sits at the intersection of product, design, and engineering craftsmanship — balancing speed, usability, performance, and polish. The team is small, highly collaborative, and deeply focused on delivering exceptional user experiences.   The Role We’re looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a Patient Experience pod. This role is ideal for someone who still enjoys being close to the code while growing into people leadership. You may currently be a Senior Engineer or Tech Lead looking to take the next step into engineering management, or an experienced engineering manager!
