Engineering & Technology Innovation is looking for an **Engineer Manager****** to join the **Specialty Materials and Integration** team in**Mesa, AZ** to lead Materials and Process, Research and Development support of Boeing Defense, Space, and Security (BDS) development programs. Lead Materials and Process, Research and Development support of Boeing Defense, Space, and Security (BDS) development programs. This group is responsible for providing M&P support to BDS development programs. We are also responsible for leading materials development efforts (typically non-metallic) as well as identifying, developing, transitioning, and producing specialty materials and technologies for platforms within BDS. The work statement will allow you to lead the development of Materials and Processes Engineers and Technicians, execute on deliverables for multiple projects related to materials development, production maturization, and vertical materials production, and lead the operation of three different lab spaces.
