THE ROLE As an Engineering Manager for Baseten's Platform Team, you will lead and grow the team responsible for building internal systems to reduce low leverage work for the entire engineering organization. While our product delivers infrastructure for AI development, your team's focus is on creating robust internal systems that amplify productivity, collaboration, and quality across all engineering teams through exceptional tooling, efficient workflows, AI enablement, and world-class development environments. You are a people-first leader who also brings deep technical conviction.
