What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience building and scaling real-time solutions, 1-2+ years managing high-performing engineering teams, extensive hands-on experience with one of the widely used programming languages, such as Golang, Java, or similar
Nice to Have
experience with warehouse management systems, order management systems, transportation management systems, distribution center software, or similar solutions, experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones is a plus, proven track record of delivering impactful, customer-focused solutions aligned with business objectives, passionate about mentoring team members and supporting their professional growth, prioritize clear, honest communication and build strong, collaborative teams based on trust and autonomy, excel at setting and communicating clear priorities to your team and cross-functional partners, flexible, pragmatic, and committed to building high-quality solutions that meet user needs, experience refining development processes to improve team efficiency and outcomes
