Engineering Manager (FinCore) Ebury Madrid Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of talented engineers in the development and maintenance of our cutting-edge financial technology platform. As an Engineering Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of your domain, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within your team, while driving continuous improvement and growth.
