Engineering Manager (FinCore) Ebury Malaga Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of talented engineers in the development and maintenance of our cutting-edge financial technology platform. As an Engineering Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of your domain, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within your team, while driving continuous improvement and growth. Work with senior engineers to ensure architectural consistency. Accountable for the reliability, availability, and security of our systems. Ensure all systems have appropriate support, SLAs, on-call rotas, and documentation. Delivery Management Responsible for the delivery of your team, planning sprints, and overseeing project health. Assess the criticality of unplanned work, minimizing context-switching and unnecessary pressure. Balance team capacity with roadmap demands.
