[About GovTech] GovTech is the lead agency driving Singapore’s Smart Nation initiatives and public sector digital transformation. As the Centre of Excellence for Infocomm Technology and Smart Systems (ICT experience in modern front-end engineering on Next.Js/React.js/Nuxt/Vue.js and Java/TypeScript/Node.js/Golang on the backend is preferred Strong knowledge of databases (SQL & NoSQL) and data modeling Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred), Azure and/or GCP Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.) Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or other container orchestration tools Experience with observability and monitoring tools, especially the ELK stack, AWS CloudWatch, Splunk Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Bonus: Led legacy system modernization projects, including transitioning legacy systems to modern platforms Bonus: Experience with / willing to pick up Infra as Code (eg.
