What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of software engineering experience, at least 3 years in a leadership role, Proven track record of building and scaling AI-powered SaaS products, Expertise in modern software architectures, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices-based development, Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java, modern front-end frameworks such as React, full-stack engineering capabilities, technical depth with the ability to be hands-on when needed, comfort leveraging agentic coding tools and AI-assisted development environments, Knowledge of campaign management, customer journey automation, omnichannel engagement strategies, Experience working with social media and messaging APIs (e.g., WhatsApp Business API, Instagram API, etc.), understanding of data privacy, security compliance, scalability challenges in multi-tenant SaaS platforms, Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth or startup environment, Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, other data protection regulations
Nice to Have
preferably in digital marketing or customer engagement domains, Familiarity with A testing, personalization, analytics-driven product development
