The Opportunity We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our DevOps team as we scale infrastructure across multiple regions and push toward continuous deployment. You'll own the platform engineering function — developer experience, infrastructure reliability, and the systems that let MaintainX move fast without breaking things. What You’ll Do: Lead a team of platform and DevOps engineers: set direction, remove blockers, and develop talent. Own the DevOps roadmap, balancing developer experience improvements, platform efficiency, and infrastructure reliability. Partner with product engineering teams to build the tooling and self-service capabilities that let them own their deployments. Partner with the security team to ensure compliance across our environments, and to offer a safe and secure platform upon which the development teams can thrive Drive infrastructure strategy across cloud, container orchestration, CI/CD, and observability. Hire, onboard, and grow a high-performing team. Provide clear visibility into team progress, risks, and outcomes to engineering leadership. About You: 4+ years of Engineering management experience with a background in DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering. You’ve shipped production infrastructure, understand cloud-native systems, and can engage on hard technical problems with your team.
