We are looking for a technical leader who can support a talented team of engineers and work with product managers and data science on end-to-end requirements to develop and maintain a scalable, secure, and reliable platform for our creators to thrive. You Have: 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead Manager, with a proven ability to mentor, coach, and grow high-performing teams. 8+ years of experience architecting and building distributed full-stack systems, including backend APIs and user-facing frontend applications.
