What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience managing software engineering teams in an agile environment, 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, technical foundation in software development and cloud infrastructure, A track record of leading teams that deliver high-quality, scalable software, Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment with evolving priorities
Nice to Have
Experience managing teams in a high-growth company, Familiarity with AWS and modern cloud-native tooling, Background with programming languages like Go and/or TypeScript
