What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years experience managing a team in a high growth environment, 5+ years as a technical individual contributor, including meaningful time as a senior or staff engineer before moving into management, Experience leading teams with modern tech stacks such as TypeScript, React, Node. js, Mongo and AWS, Experience building or shipping AI-powered product features and a clear point of view on where AI adds real value vs. where it doesn' t, Experience in mentoring, influencing, and growing senior+ engineers across organizations, Managed geographically distributed teams, Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English
Nice to Have
Depth in analytics or data-intensive systems, such as event pipelines, time-series data, OLAP/columnar stores, query engines, or experimentation/A-B testing platforms, Comfort with conversion concepts, funnels, attribution, experimentation, segmentation, even if you haven't worked directly on conversion products before, Familiarity with web analytics standards (events, sessions, identity resolution, privacy/consent), Genuine player-coach mindset, you're energized by both leading people and writing code, and you've found a sustainable rhythm doing both

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Webflow Analyze team, our group focused on building analytics and conversion products. In this role, you'll guide the development of scalable features that deliver actionable insights and key metrics about Webflow site traffic and user behavior, helping our customers make smarter, faster decisions. The next chapter is ambitious: we're serving some of the world's largest enterprises and rethinking what a modern, AI-native conversion platform can be. This is a player-coach role, you'll spend roughly 20-30% of your time hands-on in the codebase alongside your team, and the rest growing engineers, shaping technical direction, and partnering across product, design, and data. About the role: Location: Remote-first (Argentina) Full-time Permanent This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
