What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5-8 years of experience managing software engineers, Managed (and will continue to) around 8-10 software engineers, Technical background, People manager who builds an effective work culture, Experience managing larger teams where it's necessary to build processes and systems of delegation, Act as a problem finder and solver technically and organisationally, Run effective performance reviews, Ability to adapt and react fast to an ever-changing environment
Nice to Have
Hands-on IC background, Deep domain expertise in payments, Deep domain expertise in banking integrations, Deep domain expertise in financial systems, Experience working within complex transactional systems
