## Accountabilities Lead and develop a software engineering squad, fostering technical excellence, autonomy, and accountability through continuous feedback, mentorship, and career development. Ensure consistent delivery of high-impact product solutions, balancing speed, scalability, reliability, and engineering quality. Participate actively in architectural decisions, defining technical standards and ensuring system robustness, security, and maintainability. Facilitate agile planning, prioritization, and execution while removing blockers and ensuring alignment across Product, Design, and business stakeholders. Promote engineering best practices such as code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and continuous improvement. Use engineering and product metrics to guide decision-making and improve delivery performance and system quality. Act as a bridge between engineering and business, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment across teams. Contribute to platform evolution, supporting initiatives related to scalability, performance, and system reliability. Support hiring, onboarding, and talent development to build diverse, high-performing engineering teams. Foster a strong engineering culture focused on ownership, collaboration, experimentation, and continuous learning. Requirements: Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Previous hands-on experience as a software engineer, with strong exposure to production systems. Proven experience in technical leadership roles such as Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or similar positions. Strong track record of building, developing, and scaling high-performing engineering teams. Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments alongside Product, Design, and business teams.
