What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years in software development, 3+ years in leadership roles, technical expertise in C#,.NET Core, Java and related frameworks, Deep understanding of design patterns, solid principles, system design and Engineering best practices, Deep knowledge of Relational Database (SQL, PostgreSQL), Familiarity with Microservices architecture, Event-Driven Architecture (RabbitMQ, Google Pub-Sub) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Experience with DevOps tools(Gitlab CCD) and practices, Proven experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure, Deep understanding of distributed systems, multi-tenant services, cloud-native applications and Unix/Linux environments, Knowledge of Testing Pyramid approach with relevant tools knowledge at each level, Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team, Hands-on experience with Observability tools like NewRelic
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Bigquery, Reddis and Elastic Search is a plus, Knowledge of AdTech or Retail domain is a plus
