About the Role We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead teams building and deploying AI-powered, production-grade software systems directly into customer environments. In this role, you’ll operate at the intersection of technical leadership and client engagement. You’ll be responsible for guiding engineers through ambiguous problem spaces, ensuring high-quality execution, and maintaining strong alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. This position is ideal for leaders who enjoy being hands-on when needed, working closely with clients, mentoring engineers, and owning the successful delivery of complex, real-world systems. What You’ll Do Lead and support teams of software and data engineers delivering AI-enabled systems in production Own the technical execution and delivery of client-facing projects, ensuring quality, reliability, and outcomes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into production-ready systems Guide system and solution design across infrastructure, backend services, data platforms, and AI workflows Provide technical mentorship and coaching to engineers through problem solving sessions, code reviews, design discussions, and regular feedback Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term system maintainability and scalability Stay current with emerging AI and software technologies and apply them pragmatical
