Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural emphasis, Active Professional Engineering (PE) license, 10+ years CFMF engineering, Proven experience managing multiple employees, Organizational skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities, Comfortable working independently, Sound engineering judgments under pressure, Oral and written communication ability, Ability to work collaboratively, Willingness to travel

Nice to Have

Experience in construction, Experience in prefabrication environments, Managerial experience at engineering company, Specializing in CFMF design

What You'll Do.

Oversee engineering department

Support engineering needs

Support estimating teams

Develop shop drawings

Develop calculation packages

Provide engineering cost estimates

Provide technical guidance

Manage team employees

Maintain staffing levels

Provide field support

Collaborate with prefab department

Maintain awareness of building codes

Maintain awareness of industry trends

Maintain awareness of CFMF technologies

Disseminate key updates

Conduct check-ins with EVP

Conduct check-ins with COO

Conduct check-ins with Regional Managers
