Must Have
7–12 years of software development experience with engineering leadership exposure, Hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, Redis, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes, understanding of scalable backend systems and distributed architectures, Proven experience managing engineering teams and driving successful project delivery, Experience with release management, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical involvement, problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and execution
Nice to Have
