Must Have
Proven track record of software engineering and engineering management experience at scale, technical background in cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and distributed systems, Experience with AWS services, infrastructure as code, and container orchestration platforms, Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management, Experience with capacity planning and resource allocation across multiple work streams, Deep understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience, ability to do most or all of the above mentioned and can point to your real experience doing it, amazing at prioritisation, People love working with you, You're helpful and generous with your time and knowledge, People know where they stand with you, You're always looking to learn and grow, on a personal and professional level, You're always looking to help others learn and grow by sharing your own knowledge and experience, You know why diversity, equality, inclusion and belonging matters, and speak up when we can do better
Nice to Have
Previous experience in fintech or financial services is a plus, experience in financial services, fintech and business-to-business organisations is particularly interesting
