Partner with our recruiting team to source
Jointly own the team's execution and delivery of the product roadmap in partnership with the Product Manager
Run an agile engineering process that empowers engineers with the context and autonomy needed to ship high-quality products efficiently and predictably
Provide Technical and Strategic Guidance
and lead the team through complex technical problems
Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize strategic technology investments aligned with business objectives
Engage in Hands-On Technical Contribution
Spend a portion of your time on system design and code reviews
Provide architectural oversight and conduct thorough code reviews to uphold high engineering standards across core services and integration points
