Must Have
8+ years of software engineering experience, at least 3 years in an engineering leadership or management role, Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with other Engineering teams, Product, and Commercial teams, Comfortable getting hands-on when needed, Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment, Hands-on experience building or managing teams working on agentic systems, LLM-powered products, or AI-driven workflows
Nice to Have
background in distributed systems, cloud-native GCP, Background in e-commerce, fintech, or similarly high-growth product domains
