As a key member of our Engineering tribe, you’ll help build a digital bank from the ground up within one of the world's fastest-growing fintechs. You'll work in autonomous, cross-functional squads tackling complex, high-impact challenges across banking and payments infrastructure, with the freedom to take ownership, experiment, and make real architectural decisions. As an Engineering Manager, you will navigate the complexities of scaling high-availability systems that handle millions of transactions while steering your teams through a high-impact transition from local solutions to a unified global architecture. What You’ll Do Lead at Scale: Direct two high-performing squads of 4 to 7 engineers each, focusing on building trust and autonomy within a newly formed team.
