About the Team & the Role Our Network & Infrastructure Observability (NIO) domain is a core part of SolarWinds Observability (SWO)—a modern, cloud-native platform that helps customers understand and operate complex hybrid IT environments. NIO focuses on how customers monitor and manage their networks and infrastructure in the cloud, including areas like network performance, topology, collectors, SD-WAN, IPAM, discovery, configuration, and API-based monitoring. SWO is a modern cloud platform built with technologies like .NET and React, focused on building new capabilities rather than maintaining legacy systems. We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one or more Scrum teams of software engineers in this domain.
