We’re a fast-growing team working on meaningful problems that directly impact patient and resident care. **About the Role ** We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and support our Clinical Pillar engineering team. This role will serve as both a people leader and technical partner, responsible for guiding developers, ensuring system reliability, and driving delivery against product and engineering goals. You will oversee day-to-day engineering operations, contribute to technical design decisions, and partner closely with Product and QA to deliver high-quality solutions. This role also plays a key part in strengthening engineering practices, scaling the team, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture. **What You’ll Do ** • Lead and support front-end and back-end engineers, providing guidance and removing blockers • Conduct regular 1:1s, provide feedback, and support career growth and development • Monitor system reliability, performance, and security across applications • Align squad goals with broader Engineering and Product objectives • Collaborate closely with Product and QA to deliver high-quality customer value • Contribute to and review technical designs and architectural decisions • Assist in debugging complex issues and resolving code or system challenges • Help define and improve internal engineering processes, systems, and policies • Drive adoption of AI tools and development practices across the engineering organization • Support hiring efforts and help scale the engineering team **What You Bring ** • 2+ years of experience leading or managing engineering teams • Strong understanding of Agile development processes and practices • Experience with technical project planning and delivery • Ability to contribute to system design and solve
