experience leading engineering teams in a product-led, SaaS environment, background in software engineering and are comfortable engaging in technical discussions with your team, owned delivery outcomes end-to-end, balancing quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations, people-focused leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and supporting others to grow, communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, comfortable working across teams and time zones, building relationships with Product and Engineering peers, thrive in environments where priorities evolve, and you can bring clarity and structure when needed, approach leadership with empathy, curiosity, and a focus on continuous improvement

Support and develop your team through regular 1: 1s
and growth conversations

Help manage performance
and wellbeing across the team
ensuring continuity during the maternity cover period
Provide visibility on delivery progress
and metrics to stakeholders
Contribute to hiring and onboarding if needed
