What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years in an engineering people management position, 5+ years delivering complex technical projects, 8+ years in hands-on engineering roles with a focus on Java, Demonstrated ability to be language-agnostic when designing solutions, picking the right tool for the job, Experience using mentoring and coaching to grow engineers through multiple expertise levels, Demonstrable ability to lead a team to a vision/strategy in a high-performance environment, driving continual improvement, Experience with containerisation and effective build and deploy processes in CI/CD environments, Experienced applying delivery methodologies appropriate to any given context, whether greenfield projects or long-lived product maintenance
