What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams (direct people management, performance reviews, hiring), 6+ years of professional software engineering experience in a production environment, Experience delivering cloud-based SaaS applications (AWS, Azure, or similar), Experience working in Agile development environments with CI/CD pipelines, Experience supporting production systems, including incident response and release management
Nice to Have
Experience working with. NET (C#,. NET Core) in production environments, Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g. , Angular), Experience with relational databases (e. g. , MS SQL, MySQL), Familiarity with observability tools (logging, monitoring, alerting), Exposure to AI/ML features or workflows in a product environment, Experience improving engineering processes and team efficiency
