Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. ****Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management**** ****Key Responsibilities:**** * Deliver services for property operation and maintenance, including customer/client services, budget management, facility maintenance, procurement, and supplier management. * Develop client relationships to support corporate real estate goals. * Lead the team in inspection, testing, and maintenance of facilities systems, ensuring compliance with local codes. * Monitor MEP maintenance services for quality and timely delivery. * Provide engineering oversight for comprehensive facility, contract, and procurement management for engineering services. * Contribute to achieving financial targets, KPIs, and meeting service level agreements. ****Specific Responsibilities:**** * Provide technical advice to Facilities Engineers, technicians, and project teams. * Lead team members in task execution. * Report and escalate incidents; act as the point of contact for engineering escalations. * Involve in general building process and mechanical system issues; lead troubleshooting and restoring HVAC systems. * Mentor and train staff, ensuring they have necessary equipment and tools for safe job performance. * Manage and program building management systems (BMS). * Perform maintenance planning, implementation, and review of site-specific engineering processes and protocols. * Contribute to investigating facilities-related issues; lead trouble
