We are on the lookout for an Engineering Manager to lead one of our Payments engineering teams — a group of 6–10 backend engineers building the payments infrastructure that powers Delivery Hero across 70+ countries. This role sits at the intersection of people leadership, technical depth, and cross-functional collaboration. You will grow a high-performing team, maintain a strong technical bar, and be the connective tissue between engineering execution and broader product and business goals. Be part of building the financial backbone of Delivery Hero.
