The team builds and maintains the infrastructure required to run the data science platform at scale in the cloud, as well as building tools for users to manage their instance with ease. We build the launchpad, a SaaS portal where users can create and access their Dataiku instances, configure the instance in as few clicks as possible and monitor its usage. About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to build and guide a new squad within the Cloud Engineering team. You will take the lead of a team of engineers, collaborating closely with SRE, Product, and Ops/Analytics to align technical decisions with business value. Your focus will be on balancing leading from the front with team scalability, establishing engineering standards, and driving the delivery of Cloud features.
