We’re building the universal payment layer to unify all currencies—fiat and crypto—so businesses and consumers can transact seamlessly. If you're passionate about creating innovative solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we want to talk to you. We are hiring an Engineering Manager! As our first Engineering Manager in the US, you'll play a pivotal role in building and scaling Breeze's engineering organization while remaining deeply involved in the day-to-day execution of our product roadmap. This is a true player-coach role — part engineering leader, part builder. You'll lead a small but growing team of engineers in New York, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and delivery leadership while partnering closely with Product, Design, and our global engineering teams. You'll help shape technical decisions, contribute to architectural discussions, and jump into execution when needed, all while creating an environment where engineers can thrive. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing leadership with hands-on involvement, thrives in fast-moving startup environments, and wants to help build both products and teams from the ground up. What You'll Do Lead and support a growing team of engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and high performance. Operate as a player-coach, remaining close to the technical work and contributing to architecture, design reviews, and execution when needed. Partner closely with Product, Design, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful customer-facing features and platform improvements.
