Maintain PM compliance above 95%
Reduce breakdowns and reactive maintenance
Improve plant availability and site performance
Manage contractors effectively
Ensure safe systems of work
Ensure quality delivery from contractors
Carry out Root Cause Analysis
Implement sustainable engineering solutions
Plan shutdown activities
Execute shutdown activities
Continuously improve shutdown activities
Minimise downtime and risk during shutdowns
Take ownership of engineering OPEX
Contribute to CAPEX planning
Embed engineering standards
Ensure best practice is applied
