Must Have
Commercial experience with leading development teams in the delivery of high quality software applications in client or service side application development., Experience with C#, Golang, Typescript or other server side technologies., Adaptability, with the ability to lead a team to ensure the best outcome for the Business., Experience with mobile technologies., Experience with performance testing., Knowledge of service orientated architecture., Exposure to multiple software development methodologies., Experience with or exposure to Cloud technologies such as GCP, GKE or SAAS., Exposure to generative artificial intelligence and large language models.

What You'll Do.

build new services in Golang and Google Spanner datastore
support microservices written in C# utilizing SQL
consume data from external providers using Kafka
migrate front-end of trader apps from WPF to React
Assisting in driving the provision of a capable
and motivated and delivery focused team.
Enforcing governance of quality
standards and processes to ensure solutions meet Business requirements.
Ensuring the development process is conducted in a timely fashion.
Planning and tracking works actively
as prioritized by the product
project and development management.
Gaining a good understanding of the technical structure
domain and architecture of the systems that the team are responsible for.
Identifying and mitigating risk.
Removing blockers to delivery.
Working through dependencies.
Mentoring members of the team and ensuring distribution of knowledge.
Inputting developer appraisals and other performance feedback.
