Making Future We are looking for an Engineering Manager to work in the Project Delivery unit within the Industry Division of AFRY. In this position you work together with Project Managers, Project Controllers and Lead Engineers in various engineering management and project management tasks. Your typical tasks include: * Engineering management in different phases of industrial engineering and EPCM projects * Active collaboration globally within AFRY, also together with our Clients and Sub-contractors * Taking active part in the project sales phase as proposal manager ## Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: * Degree in Engineering (M.Sc. or B.Sc.) * Understanding of project management and project execution methods * Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in industry sectors such as civil engineering, metals and mining or chemicals * Broad technical know-how and understanding of relationships between disciplines * Fluency in English is essential, fluency in Finnish and other languages are assets * A can-do attitude and great cooperation and communication skills You stand out if you have a solution-oriented mindset and the spirit of a team player.
